    There are children in this world with the potential to transform their communities and beyond, if only they could go to school. UOD Foundation has identified just such a group of young people in rural Guatemala. There is no school for them in their village. We provide them with full scholarships to attend secondary school in the closest city. Our aim is to positively transform the developing world through their leadership and ingenuity. (read more)

  • Dream Enabling - Economic Development

    UOD Foundation has identified communities where people have business ideas, knowhow and enthusiasm. They simply lack the seed capital necessary to launch their entrepreneurial dreams. We enable these groups to initiate and grow their businesses such that the entire community is able to benefit from the economic growth. Our objective is to overcome poverty in the developing world through the creation of small businesses and community-owned enterprises. (read more)

  • Profile of a Dreamer

    Maribel is one of the most talented, capable and enthusiastic young people we have met in Vuelta Grande. She was given this guitar in January, never having held one before. By March, she was already playing and singing songs with it. Maribel's teacher describes her as the brightest student he has ever taught.
